Refunds apply up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date. The procedure for online purchasers is to please email us and request a ‘refund code’. This should then be indicated clearly on the exterior of the package which should then be returned to us by post. *Please note, only postal returns are accepted in the case of online purchases.
